Hot celebrity actress Heidi Montag wants to have four boys with her husband Spencer Pratt. Hot celebrity Heidi told Spencer’s sister, Stephanie, that she’s aching to start popping them out. Ugh. “Yeah, she’s really good with our niece,” Stephanie told usmagazine.com. “They’re [both] kid lovers.”
